Masashi Sato

System engineer

Masashi Sato is a system engineer at Hitachi Engineering and Services, which designs, manufactures, and maintains electrical equipment and piping for power generation, transmission, distribution, and industrial use.  Sato has been working in the large-volume metrology field with 3D laser measurement systems for 14 years. Much of this time was spent on automatic measurement system developments applying Nikon Metrology’s laser radars.
