Connecticut Spring & Stamping (CSS)

Kathleen Bellemare is director of human resources at Connecticut Spring & Stamping (CSS). She began her career more than 40 years ago providing administrative support for the CSS sales team. She worked in the newly formed personnel department in 1974 and was promoted to personnel manager in 1978. Since 1985, Bellemare has served as the company’s HR director, providing leadership and developing and implementing corporate HR strategies and programs.
