Statistician and consultant

For more than 15 years, Jim Colton has been promoting the correct use of statistical and quality tools through onsite training and mentoring at Minitab Inc. In recent years, he’s worked with pharmaceutical, medical device, and food companies on improving quality, reducing waste, resolving FDA warning letters, and developing training courses on statistics and FDA process validation guidelines. Colton has a bachelor and a master of science in statistics from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and his Ph.D. is from The University of Washington and The Ohio State University.
