Jay Earley

Psychologist, psychotherapist, and an author

Jay Earley, Ph.D., is a psychologist and psychotherapist. His Ph.D. in psychology is from Saybrook Graduate School, his Ph.D. in computer science is from Carnegie-Mellon University, and he was on the U.C. Berkeley faculty. He is also a graduate and teacher of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) training program. Earley created the Pattern System, a comprehensive and detailed map of the human psyche. He is publishing a series of books based on specific patterns. Earley is the author of numerous books on self therapy, psychology, and group therapy. His latest book is Taking Action: Working Through Procrastination and Achieving Your Goals (Pattern System Books, 2012).
