Erik Van de Loo

Professor, author, and co-director

Erik Van de Loo is an affiliate professor of organizational behaviour at INSEAD, where he is the program co-director of “Consulting and Coaching for Change” at the INSEAD Global Leadership Center. He also holds the professorship “Leadership and Behavior” at the Free University Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Van de Loo is a licensed clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and psychoanalyst. Van de Loo has a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology, a master’s degree in work and organization in occupational health, and a doctorate in social sciences.
