Christine McLear is the director of Workforce Development for the New York Manufacturing Extension Partnership’s Center for Economic Growth, as well as being part of the MEP National Network. She has expertise in group facilitation and training, grants, youth development, and program management. She has been able to apply this work in higher education and nonprofit companies.
