<p><strong>Bob Doering</strong> has been in the quality field for over 13 years, and has industrial experience for over 28 years. He is an adjunct instructor at Lorain County Community College in Engineering Technology department, and has lectured classes in Metrology and Qual. Mgt. He holds associates degrees from Lorain County CC and U. of Akron in OH; BA in Business and MBA in Sys. Mgt. from Baldwin-Wallace College, Berea ,OH. He is a CMQ/OE, CQE, CQA, and CMI. He is the author of "CorrectSPC: When 'normal' is not typical" a practical guide for the statistical control of precision machining processes. Destroys the myth of the normal distribution in precision processes. Consultant for basic Statistical Process Control training and implementation of process controls in precision machining operations.</p>
