Sean Lynch, senior consultant at Lead Star, understands the cultural nuances of client organizations and how to create engaging leadership development solutions. He works with CEOs, executive teams, and front-line managers from the oilfield services, power generation, transportation, and medicine sectors. Lynch’s leadership accomplishments occurred post Yale University when he served the U.S. Air Force as an F-16 fighter pilot and later when he was a commercial pilot. Ultimately, his passion for leadership development inspired him to join Lead Star. Lynch is co-author of SPARK: How to Lead Yourself and Others to Greater Success (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, 2017) with co-authors Angie Morgan and Courtney Lynch.
