With the National Institute of Standards and Technology Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NIST MEP) since 1993, Dave Cranmer is a senior researcher. Currently he focuses on identifying and developing new programs and services for deployment via the MEP system. Current programs include technology scouting and technology-driven market intelligence (with RTI), commercial supplier scouting (with RTI and Edison Nation), industrial and business-to-business marketing, E3, building construction and building energy retrofits.
