Phil Coy, the managing director of strategic services for mcaConnect, is responsible for manufacturing excellence. His 30+ years of professional experience (13 years using lean) include more than 25 enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations. Coy specializes in high mix/low volume lean implementation and complex manufacturing. He is the designer of mcaConnect’s Areteium lean transformation software supporting future state design, modeling, and planning for complex manufacturing. His industry experience includes industrial equipment, specialty metals, chemicals (process), electronics, medical devices, food and beverage, and consumer packaged goods.
