Steve Vaughn

Agile coach, teacher, and software developer

Steve Vaughn has a master’s degree in information technology from Auburn University and is a 20-year survivor of the IT wars. Vaughn has worked as a software developer for a variety of organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies. He also has held the roles of architect and ScrumMaster. Vaughn has spent the past five years attempting the impossible—managing software developers. He is now using this experience in his work as an agile coach to help  develop high-performing teams. Also, Vaughn  develops Android apps and teaches software development at a local college.
