Joan Voight

Business journalist

Joan Voight has been a business journalist for almost two decades with an abiding interest in marketing, technology, and career topics. Her articles and columns—covering start-ups to multinationals—have appeared in Wired magazine, Adweek Media, MediaPost Publications, UCLA Magazine and the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, a New York Times property. Voight was the editor of two regional business magazines in California where she learned volumes about small and mid-sized companies. Recently, she produced an online aggregate newsletter covering media industry news, and she often blogs about her after-hours passions: food, wine and fitness at www.joanvoight.blogspot.com.
