Fabrizio Maniglio is vice president of digital transformation and AI solutions at ValGenesis, where he leads go-to-market strategy for AI throughout the life sciences industry. He works with regulated organizations to turn compliance requirements into practical, ROI-driven AI adoption strategies. He believes technology should reduce complexity, strengthen quality systems, and ultimately support the delivery of safe and effective products for patients.

With more than 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality leadership and industry strategy, Maniglio connects compliance, digital transformation, and measurable business outcomes. Previously at Honeywell, and in senior pharmaceutical quality roles, he has led regulatory inspections, audit programs, data integrity initiatives, and validation transformations.

He serves as chair of the IT committee of the Research Quality Association and holds a master’s degree in microbiology from ETH Zürich.
