Communications director

Lean Enterprise Institute

Chet Marchwinski is the communications director at the Lean Enterprise Institute (LEI), a nonprofit research, education, publishing, and conference company with a mission to advance lean thinking around the world. Marchwinski specializes in interviewing, writing, editing, creating web content, hosting webinars, explaining lean to the news media, and marketing communications in traditional and social media. LEI staff teach courses, hold management seminars, write and publish books, and organize conferences. The surplus revenues from these activities are used to conduct research and support lean initiatives (e.g., Lean Education Academic Network, Lean Global Network, and Healthcare Value Leaders Network).
