Richard Strouse has a degree in manufacturing and industrial engineering and is currently a lead auditor for TÜVRheinland. With 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, starting on the manufacturing floor, he progressively moved up to various positions as supplier quality engineer, SPC coordinator, process engineer, quality engineer, senior quality engineer, and quality manager for the automotive and aerospace markets.
