Birla Ojasvi Master Plan

The Birla Ojasvi Master Plan provides a clear and comprehensive layout for the 10-acre luxury residential project, outlining the thoughtful allocation of land across various elements such as infrastructure, green spaces, recreational zones, roads, parking, and amenities. Designed to deliver both functionality and aesthetic appeal, the master plan dedicates 80% of the total area to open spaces and just 20% to construction, ensuring a serene and spacious environment.

The built-up portion of the Birla Ojasvi Master Plan features three high-rise towers with 33 floors, housing 607 premium 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments. Additionally, there are 8 exclusive row houses configured as 4 BHK layouts, offering a villa-like living experience. The entire enclave has been designed by internationally acclaimed architectural firm Broadway Malyan, known for their innovative, sustainable design practices and adherence to global standards.

Strategically, the Birla Ojasvi Master Plan positions the main entrance on JSS Campus Road, located just 260 meters from the 80-feet-wide Uttarahalli Main Road. One of the most distinctive aspects of this project is its breathtaking view—overlooking 250 acres of pristine reserve forest, providing unmatched natural surroundings.
