Cornelia C. Walther

Scholar

Cornelia C. Walther is a visiting scholar at the Wharton AI & Analytics Initiative. She is also the director of POZE, a global alliance for systemic change that benefits people and planet, and is the author of more than five books on influence, impact, and social transformation, including the potential to leverage aspirational algorithms for prosocial change at scale. Additionally, Walther spent more than two decades working for the United Nations in large scale emergency situations in West Africa, Asia, and Latin America, focusing on advocacy and social and behavioral change. At Analytics at Wharton, Walther will focus her time on the Wharton Initiative for Neuroscience with an eye on AI4IA (Artificial Intelligence for Inspired Action). Her most recent book is Human Leadership for Humane Technology (Palgrave Macmillan, 2024).
