Spencer Harrison

Professor and author

Spencer Harrison is a professor of organizational behavior at INSEAD, a TEDx speaker, and an author. His work focuses on management, coordination, and connecting in the workplace, and has been published by the Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, and the Journal of Management, to name a few publications. Besides working with Google, NASA, and Black Diamond, he is also the Division Chair for the Managerial and Organizational Cognition of the Academy of Management and a co-founder of the Creativity Collaboratorium.
