The 2016 Lean Healthcare Transformation Summit is taking place in Miami on June 15–16, with pre-summit workshops on June 13–14.

The ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value and the Lean Enterprise Institute team up to deliver this two-day conference highlighting transformations in the healthcare industry.
