Building Successful Lean Teams Workshop with Jim Benson and Mark Graban: a one-day introduction to lean for knowledge work.
Morning: Jim Benson—Lean for the Office Using Personal Kanban. ThIs half-day class is comprised of a combination of theory and implementation. It applies lean principles and tools to better manage personal and project work to deal with chaos, communication breakdowns, and low morale.
Afternoon: Mark Graban—Continuous Improvement Using Kaizen. The workshop combines lecture, discussion, and a hands-on simulation to allow participants to practice basic Kaizen methods that can be brought back to their organization.
