Body

(UE Systems: Elmsford, New York) -- Ultrasound World IV, January 27–30, 2008 at the Clearwater Hilton in Clearwater, Florida, offers numerous lectures and workshops for maintenance and plant operations professionals. Presented by international experts involved in all aspects of predictive maintenance and energy conservation, topics such as bearing monitoring techniques, lubrication programs, compressed air studies, steam trap surveys, and electrical inspection will be the focus of this year’s event.

In addition to the featured speakers that have been scheduled to present since Ultrasound World announced its fourth-annual event earlier this year, new presentations continue to be added to the conference agenda.

Ernesto Alonso Gayle Francis, predictive maintenance supervisor for the Panama Ports Co., will be discussing his experience with “The Utilization of Ultrasound Predictive Maintenance at Panama Ports.” Francis will present examples and demonstrations of how to improve bearing lubrication procedures and analyze faulty bearings, as well as discuss additional topics including parts-stocking efficiencies and lubricant usages.
