Reynolds and Reynolds Company recently received the Association for Services Management International’s (AFSM) Service Quality Award for the fourth consecutive year. ServicePartners, the research division of The Gasparovic Group Inc. presented the award.

“As a dealer services company, our service and support teams are driven by our number-one rule: The customer is the boss and the reason we are in business,” said Terry Mulcahey, senior vice president of sales and service at Reynolds.

Reynolds and Reynolds has repeatedly excelled in responsiveness, technical competence, problem resolution and ease of business. The award recognizes the roles played by the installation and operations teams, the repair and logistics team, the field engineers and the Reynolds Technical Assistance Center in Dayton, Ohio.
