Kevin Caldwell recently joined the Juran Institute as its vice president for enterprise assurance. Caldwell, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, has more than 30 years of experience in operations, business performance and quality management, for a variety of industries in international and U.S. companies. Most recently, Caldwell was vice president for operations at Edge Flooring, a laminate flooring company. Prior to this, he was vice president for operations and a corporate officer for Martin Industries, a grill, fireplace and heater manufacturer.

Caldwell has a bachelor’s degree from Western Carolina University and received a graduate certificate from Piedmont Management Institute. He is a member of the American Society for Quality and a certified quality auditor.
