Body
An upcoming conference will focus on the use of total information quality management
(TIQM) to improve varied organizations’ quality and processes. The TIQM Mastery Series will be held March 6–10 at the Nashville Convention Center. It’ll feature three courses: IQ 101: IQ Principles & Processes: Foundations for Sustainable IQ, to be held March 6; IQ 201: Assessing Information Quality: Quality Control for the Information Products, to be held March 7–8; and IQ 501: Conducting Information Process Improvement: PDCA Applied to Information Processes, to be held March 9–10.

Larry P. English, president and principal of Information Impact Inc., will lead all three seminars. IQ 101 will focus on the fundamental principles of information quality and describe how an organization can improve the quality of its information resources. In IQ 201, attendees will learn how to conduct electronic information-quality assessments for conformance to business rules. IQ 501 will focus on using the plan-do-check-act methodology to improve information quality.
