Former General Electric Chairman and CEO Jack Welch, along with several other high-profile business leaders, will address the upcoming Six Sigma Summit. The event, to be held Jan. 24–26 at the Hyatt Regency in Miami, will also feature workshops and seminars facilitated by such Six Sigma luminaries as Lou Giuliano, ITT Industries chairman; Tom Dolan, Xerox Global Services Group president; Milton H. Jones Jr., Bank of America executive vice president; and Carl Liebert III, The Home Depot senior vice president of operations.

Conference-goers will have access to the largest Six Sigma project directory in the United States, including case studies examining Six Sigma in corporations like Coca-Cola Corp., Lockheed Martin Corp., Motorola, American Express, DuPont, Delphi Corp. and Household Finance Corp. There will be pre-conference workshops on Jan. 24, and post conference workshops on Jan. 27.

The conference will also feature the Six Sigma Excellence Awards and a gala celebratory dinner. Award nominations are open until Nov. 25, and entries can be submitted to www.sixsigmaiq.com/excellenceawards. The conference is sponsored by six sigma IQ.
