(ASQ: Milwaukee, WI) -- Within the next five years, customer experience will overtake product features and safety as the primary driver of customer loyalty, according to Curt Hill, vice president of customer and partner assurance for Cisco Systems Inc., who is speaking at the ASQ International Conference on Quality Standards.

Attendees of the International Conference on Quality Standards, held Nov. 9 – 10 at The Westin Indianapolis Hotel, will learn the business case for standards certification, and discover the value business, government, the environment, and society at large can gain from standards deployment.
