(Brady: Milwaukee) -- Brady has published the Visual Workplace Handbook, a 21-page guide that outlines best practices for lean visual management. This handbook is available via download at no cost to you. The handbook explains the lean manufacturing concept of a visual workplace (aka visual factory) and provides real-world examples of how visuals can be used to create a safer, more efficient workplace.

“Visuals are the most effective tools for reinforcing standards, stabilizing operations, and sustaining lean improvements,” says Rick Ruzga, the lean services engagement manager for Brady. “Every organization can benefit from making their operations more visual, and this handbook helps them know exactly how to get started.”
