(Simpler Consulting: Pittsburgh) -- Simpler Consulting L.P., a global management consulting firm that helps companies improve processes to stimulate business-impacting results, has announced that its vice president, Chris Cooper, has published The Little Book of Lean (Simpler Consulting, 2011). Drawing on his more than 20 years of experience leading lean transformations, Cooper wrote the book to teach business leaders and entrepreneurs the essential and basic foundations of lean management.

I hope The Little Book of Lean will be a straightforward guide that introduces businesses from all industries to lean thinking.”
