Drawing on his more than 20 years of experience leading lean transformations, Cooper wrote the book to teach business leaders and entrepreneurs the essential and basic foundations of lean management.

“The idea for The Little Book of Lean came directly through my client work at Simpler Consulting,” says Cooper. “As my clients came to me for resources that taught the basics of lean management, they often found literature that focused too heavily on lean manufacturing.
