(Capture 3D: Costa Mesa, CA) -- Capture 3D has released the GOM ATOS Triple Scan series of 3-D scanners incorporating blue LED light-source technology and new pattern projection techniques.

ATOS is known for its accuracy, speed, and configuration flexibility, and supports small to extra-large measurement projects. The ATOS Triple Scan allows noncontact measurement of shiny or dark surfaces and difficult-to-capture areas. It offers automatic scan-patch, geometry-based alignment, intelligent software for data quality checks, measurement history, and parametric-based inspection capabilities.
