While strengthening the core purpose of the original publication, the new guide adds information on creating a project charter, improved and expanded leadership and team roles, and more details on the lean and Six Sigma methods and tools.

The reference contains a map of the most important tools that are used in each phase, along with detail on each. New tools include 5 Whys, kaizen events, kanbans, load charts, process load, and visual control boards rounding out the full scope of lean value stream management.

For more information and to order the reference, go to www.juran.com/store and take advantage of the special offer while it lasts.
