(Apollo Associated Services: Midland, MI) -- Root cause analysis users can help achieve business objectives and improve root cause analysis (RCA) programs by building knowledge and skills at the Apollo Root Cause Analysis Symposium, on Sept. 16–17 in Indianapolis at the OMNI Severin Hotel. Apollo RCA experts and practitioners from a wide range of industries and disciplines will present and share best practices. A two-day Apollo RCA for Practitioners course will be held prior to the symposium, Sept. 14–15.

Speakers from companies such as Ameren Generation, Dow Chemical, GE Energy, Holcim US, and Siemens will demonstrate how RCA can make a short- and long-term effect on the bottom line. Specifically, the program will help attendees:
