The Northeast conference will emphasize the value of being involved in a community of lean, where you can reenergize your lean initiative and learn from leaders in the field. The conference will feature today’s leading lean practitioners, teachers, experts, as well as your peers sharing their journeys. It’s a great opportunity to learn new ways to approach lean and implement a lean initiative to achieve real and lasting improvements.

Ritsuo Shingo, son of Shigeo Shingo and president of Toyota Motor Works China, and Rhode Island Governor Donald Carcieri will give opening keynotes. New keynote speakers are still being added.
