(QAI LLC: Indianapolis) -- Realizing that companies must lower costs in all areas, national quality training provider QAI LLC is introducing an instructional video series, which provides the most critical ISO standards certification tools to help individual employees support the ISO standards certification process. The purpose of the video series is to help those who are charged with functions such as internal auditing and employee training. The specific video “bundle” includes all the material from these four separate instructional series including:

Running 30 minutes, this is a “common sense” approach to the ISO quality management system including its history, an overview of the five major sections of ISO 9001 in layman’s terms, what happens in an audit, and what it means to be registered to an ISO standard including getting registered and staying registered.
