(Quality Training Portal: Waitsfield, VT) -- Quality Training Portal has announced that by the end of 2022 its entire online training catalog will be available in nine languages in addition to English. The firm’s 20 most popular courses, including AIAG-VDA FMEAs, Basic SPC, APQP, PPAP, and 8D Problem-Solving were released in July and August in the alternative languages. The remaining 40 courses will be rolled out over the next four months.

“To meet the demands of the global workplace, it became imperative that we offer our training in the native languages of our customers’ learners. Translation tools have become more effective and have enabled us to quickly get our courses released in the languages our users need, including Spanish, French, German, and Simplified Chinese,” says Robin McDermott, director of training.

McDermott points out that “by using machine translation, we are able to keep our costs down and keep our training affordable. But what we are most happy about is the feedback we got from a team of over 50 beta testers.”
