(QAI LLC: Sparta, IL) -- National quality training provider QAI LLC is introducing a next-generation problem solving and root cause analysis (RCA) instructional video. The purpose of the video is to teach the 8D problem solving process. This process is one of a few techniques commonly used to methodically solve problems. The hour-long video was written and produced using the same instructional techniques pioneered by QAI in hundreds of quality and related quality management systems classes that the company offers nationwide each year.

“There were a lot of basic, aerial view, low-grade video instruction tools that seemed to be just narrated slide shows or snippets of classroom instruction,” says QAI owner, Craig Deane. “We wanted to create a powerful, concise and self-contained instructional video that a group could learn from by watching and then immediately put to use, just as we do in our classroom sessions.”
