(Juran: Southby, Connecticut) -- Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) has improved the way senior executives at Masco Builder Cabinet Group view and manage their business. DFSS is a methodology that focuses on designing products or services in a manner than ensures cost-effectiveness and efficiency of production.
