Along with ASQ, Milwaukee County will partner with the Business Excellence Consortium (BEC) through the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE). BEC member Steven Fleming, who was trained in Six Sigma at General Electric when Jack Welch adopted it, will provide the training. Participants will be able to use the facilities and infrastructure at MSOE at no charge to the county.
