(Wiley: Hoboken, NJ) -- Jossey-Bass/Wiley has announced a new online conference series, “Why Management Still Matters,” convened by the Jossey-Bass Management Institute Online, beginning Sept. 22 and continuing through Oct. 20, 2011. Find out why management still matters and learn new models and practices for managing in by attending this series of five interactive online conference sessions featuring Jossey-Bass authors Julian Birkinshaw, Ed Lawler, Chris Worley, Thomas O. Davenport, Stephen Harding, and Steve Denning. The first four 90-minute sessions focus on four different management challenges presented by the authors. The fifth session is complementary to all registrants and features all six Jossey-Bass authors in a moderated interactive roundtable discussion.
