(AIT: Melbourne, FL) -- Advanced Inspection Technologies (AIT) introduces a new portable pipe inspection camera. The Sidewinder push camera is an inspection camera designed for power generation, petrochemical, industrial, welding, cleaning validation, and other applications. The handheld camera can inspect boiler tubes, floors drains, process lines, steam line, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) ducts, and other difficult-to-reach areas up to a distance of 100 ft (30 m).

The new Sidewinder is portable, weighing only 4.5 lb. (2.0 kg) and can snake through pipes as small as 19.0 mm (0.75 in.). It’s the first inspection camera to break the barriers of portability while offering a true, high-resolution image and advanced features.
