(The Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, Utah State University: Logan, Utah) -- The 20th Shingo Prizes will be awarded in Dallas, Texas, March 31–April 3. The Jon M. Huntsman School of Business of Utah State University will stage its annual conference and awards ceremony at the Adam’s Mark Hotel. This year’s theme is “Challenge the way you see.”

Keynote speakers will be:

    • H. Lawrence Culp Jr., president and CEO, Danaher Corp.
    • Steven Spear, senior lecturer, MIT, and author of “Decoding the DNA of the Toyota Production System” (Harvard Business Review, 2008)
    • Norman Bodek, cofounder of The Shingo Prize, copublisher of Shigeo Shingo—Kaizen and the Art of Creative Thinking (PCS Inc. and Enna Products Corp., 2007)
    • Richard Schonberger, author of Best Practices in Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement(Wiley, 2007)
    • Max Brown, O.C. Tanner
