(NIST: Gaithersburg, MD) -- The 2012 Quest for Excellence Conference is the definitive showcase of best practices from the recipients of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the nation’s highest honor for performance excellence and innovation. This year’s conference will be held April 16–18, 2012, in Washington, D.C. and will feature the 2011 Baldrige Award recipients. An award ceremony and reception on the evening of Sunday, April 15, will recognize the 2010 and 2011 award recipients. U.S. Secretary of Commerce John Bryson will participate in the ceremony.
