QRM outshines lean manufacturing for custom product development

(To-Increase: Norwell, MA) -- To-Increase, a developer of business software designed to work seemlessly with Microsoft Dynamics solutions for industrial equipment manufacturers (IEM), presents comparison results of quick response manufacturing (QRM) vs. lean manufacturing for custom product production. In the comparison, both methodologies bring pros and cons to the manufacturing table.

Although lean manufacturing has been the key thought process for IEM, QRM brings a positive impact in the area of custom product development with low volume. Today’s manufacturers should focus their construction software in line with the right methodology that brings faster and more quality results for the customer needs.
