The official conference of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award will be held April 23–26 at the Hilton Washington in Washington, D.C.Representatives from the 2005 Baldrige Award recipient organizations will attend Quest for Excellence XVIII and share their exceptional performance practices, lessons learned and journeys to performance excellence.

Two pre-conference workshops will be held on April 23 to address the needs of people with differing levels of experience with the Baldrige program and Baldrige criteria. One workshop will be designed for Baldrige beginners; the other will be designed for those with some knowledge of the program and who want to advance their skills. Each workshop is limited to 100 attendees and is available with or without conference registration.
