HRevents, in conjunction with the International Quality and Productivity Center has opened the call for presentations at its seventh annual HRtech conference.
The conference will take place August 3-4 at the San Francisco Marriott. The two-day conference will assemble leading human resources practitioners to discuss technology’s role in achieving maximum productivity and ROI for human resources. Industry-leading practitioners in human resources, HRIS and HRMS have been invited to submit proposals on the following topics:
- Exploring the future for human capital management
- Measuring and demonstrating overall ROI on human resources technology systems
- Refining use of Six Sigma and other process improvement tools to drive efficiencies in HRIS functions
- Managing risk through outsourcing human resource functions
- Leveraging existing human resources technology into the design of an employee portal
- Identifying the benefits of an enterprise portal vs. company intranet
