Body

(AMT: McLean, VA) --  The main goal of the NIMS Student Summit at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS), Sept. 13–18, in Chicago, Illinois, is to generate interest and incite enthusiasm in young people for precision manufacturing through direct contact with industry professionals and state-of-the-art technology. The Student Summit combines a dynamic self-guided tour of student-friendly exhibits at IMTS with the Career Development Center (CDC), providing interactive exhibits from companies, colleges, and industry associations, plus human resources representatives to discuss career opportunities and required skill sets.
