Published: Monday, March 8, 2021 - 13:00 (Dispense Works: McHenry, IL) -- The versatile Ring Dex—made in the United States—is a fully programmable robotic dispensing system that will automate your vial and bottle filling. This robot is ideal for small bottles, vials, and tubes, including pharmaceutical vial filling and stoppering. Unlike traditional filling systems, the Ring Dex allows quick changeovers for low- to medium-volume production. The indexing ring is removable and the workstations feature quick-release tooling to accommodate different size bottles, vials, caps, and tips. This system requires no PC for operation, and provides all preprogrammed software functions for filling, capping, assembly, and positioning. Hundreds of files may be stored on the machine for quick changeover. Change over to different volumes or positions by simply loading a new file. Functions are fully programmable for capping torque, nozzle stroke, weight, and fill volume. An onboard history file logs production data including file name, date/time stamp, quantity, and cycle times for each run, and includes copying and printing functions. Choose off the shelf or let us customize a filling/capping solution to meet your unique needs. Many options include filling, tipping/capping, weighing, and packaging, including specialized solutions such as filling and capping of Covid 19 test-kit vials and test tubes. Several robotic dispensing systems are available including benchtop models. All of our machines are entirely designed and manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility in McHenry, Illinois.
