(Software AG: Darmstadt, Germany) -- Software AG has published Process Intelligence for Dummies, Software AG Special Edition. Written by Software AG and IDS Scheer executives, the book delivers information organizations can use to discover cost savings and see precisely where waste and loss are occurring. It includes application scenarios and best practices for process intelligence and details 10 pitfalls to avoid. The authors introduced the book at ProcessWorld 2010, held in Washington D.C. on June 23.
