The new Fetura Vision Metrology System expands the boundaries of noncontact measurement with cutting-edge hardware and innovative software. Coupled with the world’s fastest optical zoom technology, Fetura VMS features high-speed stage travel to deliver industry-leading dimensional measurement throughput.

PowerMetrix software includes color-edge detection to measure dimensions based on subtle differences in hue, which could be very difficult to detect through grayscale imaging. Real-time intelligent light control adjusts optimum illumination levels automatically to compensate for variations in finish and surface color, and high-speed multipoint autofocus creates precise 3-D surface maps.
