(Land Instruments: Dronfield, England) -- Land Instruments has updated its range of infrared line scanners with the introduction of the new high-speed, high-definition LSP-HD that takes thermal measurements across the width of moving products at high speed to build accurate thermal maps of a process. By combining high-speed scanning and high-resolution optics, the LSP-HD sets a new standard for industrial infrared line scanners and establishes a new benchmark for industrial process imaging.

With a scanning performance of 1,000 data points up to and including 150 Hz, the LSP-HD represents the latest generation in infrared line scanners. Featuring a rugged, compact housing and a robust sapphire viewing window, the LSP-HD is identical in form with previous generation LSP line scanners and is compatible with all existing mounting hardware.
