(T&D Corp.: Matsumoto, Japan) -- T&D Corp. has released the TR-5i series of data loggers, a more powerful and functional family of data loggers. The TR-5i lineup includes the TR-51i with internal temperature sensor and the TR-52i with external temperature sensor; you get the same great features of the company’s discontinued TR–5S series data loggers along with fully-functioning infrared communication.

The data loggers in the TR-5i series are capable of measuring a wide range of temperatures, from –60°C to 155°C (–75°F to 311°F). With an estimated battery life of about 4 years, you get long-term continuous measurement without continual battery replacement.

Moreover, the warning monitoring function, which notifies you of a warning by flashing the alarm LED and displaying a warning message on the LCD screen, ensures you will not miss any important warnings.
